Speech & Language Evaluation | $350.00

Services begin with a comprehensive, individualized evaluation which helps me understand your child’s communication profile, identify strengths and challenges, and provide recommendations and a treatment plan designed around your child’s needs.

Your all-inclusive investment includes:

• Travel inside my primary service area

• Parent interview & records review

• Individualized, child-friendly standardized and/or informal assessment

• Clinical observations

• Scoring, data analysis, and a comprehensive written report

• A dedicated review phone call to discuss findings

• Personalized recommendations and plan of care (if intervention is warranted)

• All standard payment processing fees

Direct Speech Therapy | $150.00

Ongoing therapy sessions focus on functional speech and language goals tailored to your child’s individual needs. Sessions might be play-based, more structured, or incorporate a hybrid approach, depending on your child’s age and needs. I reserve a one-hour appointment block exclusively for your child. This includes travel to your preferred treatment setting and approximately 40 minutes of direct intervention.

Your all-inclusive investment includes:

• Travel inside my primary service area

• Session planning, preparation, and materials

• Direct face-to-face intervention

• Detailed data tracking and clinical documentation

• Ongoing progress updates and communication

• Parent coaching to incorporate strategies/activities for carryover

• Collaboration with daycare staff or other professionals (as requested)

• All standard payment processing fees

Reevaluation | $225.00

Periodic reevaluations will be recommended when clinically appropriate to assess progress, update goals, address new concerns, or consider discharge from therapy. Unlike in some settings, re-evaluations are not automatically scheduled at fixed intervals and are based on your child's individual needs and progress.

Travel

All base evaluation and therapy rates include travel within my primary 10-mile service radius centered around the Fort Worth Central Market in 76107. For families located in my extended zones, a travel convenience fee is added to each session to account for additional travel time.

• Extended Zone A (11 - 15 miles) $15.00 per session

• Extended Zone B (16 - 20 miles) $25.00 per session

**Investment rates and travel fees may change over time. Established rates for current clients will be honored while actively enrolled in services.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Your child will have a consistent, reserved appointment block for their speech therapy. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

I understand that sudden illness and last-minute emergencies happen. While last-minute cancellations and no-shows may incur a fee, I treat unavoidable life moments with grace and flexibility whenever possible.

I will provide a full copy of my formal cancellation, illness, and inclement weather policies in your intake paperwork before your first session.

How it Works

The Chatterbox Speech and Language Company is a private pay practice and does not accept insurance. However, I do offer superbills for families seeking out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance plans. Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and I recommend checking with your insurance provider about out-of-network reimbursement before starting services, as coverage and requirements vary by plan.

All payments are due at the time of service. Payments can be made through the secure client portal using debit, credit, or HSA/FSA cards.
