Review & Email Invitation: Within 2 business days, I will personally review your inquiry. If I have availability that fits your needs, I'll email you a secure link so you can choose a convenient time for our initial 15-minute phone consultation. If I'm unable to accommodate your scheduling needs right away, I'll let you know via email. If you elected to join the priority waitlist, you'll be added at that time and provided with a curated list of trusted local resources to help support your family right away.
Phone Consultation: A brief phone call to discuss your concerns, answer questions, and determine whether a comprehensive evaluation is appropriate for your child.
Next Steps: If we agree a comprehensive evaluation is the right fit, I'll send scheduling options along with intake paperwork to complete before our first visit.

The Chatterbox Speech & Language Company PLLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it.
What we collect: Basic visitor data (via Squarespace cookies/analytics), and the information you submit through our inquiry form — including your name, contact information, your child's age, general communication concerns, treatment address, and scheduling availability.
How we use it: To respond to inquiries, determine scheduling fit, and prepare for your consultation. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.
Inquiry form: Our inquiry form is hosted through Google Forms under our HIPAA Business Associate Agreement with Google Workspace. While it appears on our website, your responses are submitted and stored directly through Google's secure systems — not collected or stored by this website itself.
Client records and payment: Once you become a client, your child's information (intake records, health/developmental details, appointment history) and all payment processing are handled securely through SimplePractice, our HIPAA-compliant client portal. That data is governed by SimplePractice's own privacy policy and our Business Associate Agreement with them.
Sharing: We only share information with services needed to run our practice (Google Workspace, SimplePractice) or if required by law. We are a private-pay practice and do not bill or share information with insurance companies. We never sell your data.
Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements for health records.
